In 2015, their son Brian Harvey joined Ken in the family business.  As their capabilities grew, so did the demand for larger scale projects that would allow seniors to remain at home.  In 2017, both Ken and Brian obtained their builders licenses and began extensive interior remodeling projects.

Since 2018, Brian has owned and operated Harvey Home Modifications.  The scale of projects now ranges from small safety improvements to new home construction, including development of a 4 bedroom 2 bath wheelchair accessible group home in 2020.
